Here are three panoramas that encompass a 360° view of the entire courtyard area of the Kauai Beach Resort.

This has been our third stay at this resort since August 2007. It is a very nice resort, nice rooms, beautiful grounds, etc. It was formerly a Hilton property during our previous stays in 2007 and 2009. They were very recently acquired by Aqua, an Hawaiian based chain of properties.
The one thing that really irks me is the nickel & dime charges… I just ha d to pay almost $9.00 just to access the web and print our boarding passes for tomorrow morning… $0.49 per minute for internet access and $0.99 per page for B&W printouts (Color @ $1.99/page!!). Most resorts offer this service to their guests for free or a nominal charge for the printing only…
Oh, yeah, don’t forget the mandatory $13.95/day to park your own car ($16.95 for valet) and the optional $12.95/day for 1Mbps in room internet access (wired/wireless).
Just irks me, but we will be back…
Departing for Maui Saturday morning…

I am just about ready to quit trying to post to my Hawaii Travel Blog from the Kauai Beach Resort. They do not offer in-room free WiFi, and in our room, we are sporadically lucky to get a 3G cell connection with Verizon. It must be something to do with the building construction and location of the towers, as I get 4G-LTE out in the courtyard.
Just spent 45 minutes this morning working on a blog post about the cruise last night and saved it as a draft to go to the lobby for the free WiFi and upload it, only to have programs delete temporary picture files when closed (tried a faster method to create the post and didn’t know the selected image files were temporary after resizing, even though I saved permanent copies).
If I had in-room access, it never would have happened!!
