Voggy Day at Haneli Bay
Yes, not foggy, but voggy. Excessive volcanic fog drifting northwest from the big island. The normal tradewinds are in a doldrum for the next few day, causing very hazy conditions… But, keeping the sun at bay some… Temperature now is 78°F.

Kaua’i Chickens Looking for Breakfast
Opened up the lanai doors to find a mama and her brood of chickens looking for breakfast… We are asked not to feed them, as the chickens have overpopulated the island due to no natural predators.. Cute to see though…

This is not Hawai’i!!
Just 8 weeks and 1+ days until we leave Syracuse for Hawai’i. Sure will
be happy to see the snow start melting, but it will all be gone long
before we depart (I hope!)
