Well, we will be flying out of Syracuse in 4 days and 12 hours.  I just worked three 8+ hour days (yes, including today) to finish up most of an extra large order from our best printing customer to hold them over the vacation period.  Tomorrow it’s lawn care before it gets wet again.  Monday I will finish up work orders then I can relax and prepare for traveling!!

Of course Tuesday is Marianne’s birthday, so some pre-Travel celebration is in order!! Probably dinner @ The Savoy.

Well, United has made changes to our flights for the 4th or 5th time since February…. We have had flight numbers change, aircraft types change and even have our selected seats tossed for random choice of seats. I was unable to get our preferred seats back on the SFO>HNL flight, as by that time the plane was mostly full….  At least this was just a flight number change, as far as I can tell, so just needed to update our hotels & flights info and daily itinerary files posted on the Travel Information page.

Well, we are now just 12 days away from our overnight stay in Syracuse the night before departure on our 15th Anniversary Hawai’ian Holiday.  I have just completed a final (?) review and update of our travel plans for the Islands of O’ahu and Hawai’i and posted updates to the plans/files that are in the “Travel Information” page link in the blog header.

I have uploaded our travel mapping files from Microsoft Streets & Trips as PDF’s.  These are large files, and the size is shown in the file listing page.

As for our initial 2 night layover in the San Francisco Bay area, we are unsure of our plans, it all depends on weather and who we are able to see during our layover….

Our travel documents arrived at AAA in Cicero yesterday and are being sent via FedEx today.

Still mad @ United Airlines for rearranging our seats on the SFO>HNL and KOA>SFO legs, putting us over the wings again after reassigning our seating back in February to preferred locations. I was able to regain seating close (+1 row forward) on the KOA>SFO flight, but the SFO>HNL flight is almost full… At least we still have the outside window pair of seats so we have no “neighbor” before the aisle.
