These are especially for a friend who wishes to be and is posted by request.
Now I have to give my legs a rest for a few hours, as I did not realize how much walking on the loose sand and the steep slope of the wave washed sand would take out of me.
Besides the fact that a small “rogue wave” splashed against my legs, soaking my shorts and shirt so I am back in the room changing my clothes.
But, it was worth it if it made someone’s day 😉
A quick walk around Turtle Bay, but my legs are in pretty sorry shape, very little muscle endurance, maybe to worst since our visit in 2007 and the height of my neuromuscular issues…
